Achieving organizational excellence is not possible without\nvisible involvement of leadership. This is however, a crucial \nquestion; whether leader�s participation is essential or there are \nother factors that effect on the implementation of excellence at \nthe strategic management level. The following case presents the \nissues and challenges in managing employees and the vital \ncommitment from the top management. This case has a difficulty \nlevel of three to four, and is appropriate for both undergraduate \nand graduate courses on Leadership, Strategy, Organizational \nDevelopment and Managing and Developing Human Capital. This \ncase is designed to be taught in three hour class room session, \nand is expected to require minimum two hours of outside\npreparation by students. The learning objective is to understand the talent landscape in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia region as it \nexists today and to explore issues of managing human resources, \nincluding psychological contract, job satisfaction, reward strategy \nto attract and retain high - performers for enhancing the \nemployee satisfaction level and hence their productivity.
